Responsibilities:
This candidate represents OneScreen internationally and deals with international clientele therefore communication skills are his/her main forteCollaborating with operations and logistics team in order to process and fulfill RMAs as per the specified SLA timelinesCoordinating with customers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveriesWorking with warehouse teams to ensure reception and logging of damaged/defective equipmentCoordinating with warehouse teams to ensure on-hand and physical inventory do not have discrepanciesLogging and maintaining on-hand inventory recordsCreating and analyzing monthly inventory reports and product defect reportsMaintaining and building relationship with company’s logistics partnersWorking on the ERP system to maintain inventory records and pull up reportsWorking with logistics partners to file insurance claimsMaintain relationship with customers’ accounts department to ensure timely issuance of due paymentsMaintain and update customer profiles in ERP system with relevant accounts POCsCollaborate with sales and operations teams to investigate and resolve any irregularities in customer invoices/paymentsCollaborate with Accounts Manager to ensure that all customer payments are accounted for and are applied to their relevant invoicesReview vendor invoices for any ambiguitiesIdentify any irregularities in vendor invoices and file claims for their rectificationAutomating and improving the efficiency of operationsNumber of Positions: One
Timing: 8 PM - 5 AM Night Shift (Monday - Friday)
Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
