Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead and manage overall project operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to achieve performance targets. Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices. Project Delivery & Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns. Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, company policies, and international standards. Implement transparent reporting and documentation in line with governance frameworks. Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Resource & Performance Management
Optimize allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials across projects. Monitor KPIs and operational performance, recommending corrective actions where necessary. Support value engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Team Leadership & Development
Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for operations staff. Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes. Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification. 10–15 years of relevant experience. Experience in buildings and villa projects.
