We are seeking experienced Security Engineers with a broad background in all aspects of Security Technologies including Network, cloud, mobile and application. This role will utilize your expertise and experience to deliver enterprise impacting security solutions through partnerships across IT.
What’s the role?
Lead analysis, design and implementation of secure solutions for new and existing environmentsProvide technical leadership for assigned security projects including: the protection of information assets, corporate and customer information and intellectual propertyCommunicate security standard and minimal control requirementsAct as a technical advisor and subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and partnersMaintain a superior knowledge of Security capabilities and applicable vendor product offeringsUnderstand technical issues and risks affecting the business and be able to communicate them to management and other business leaders

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum 6 years’ experience in Information Technology with specific demonstrated experience Cyber Security a complex business environmentPrevious Network Administration experience in a Palo Alto environment required. We are looking for a Security Engineer that has been highly successful in Network design, build and support that can work across our Network and Security teams to provide secure infrastructure platformsStrong aptitude and ability to logically analyze and solve complex issues collaborativelyAbility to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology solutions to meet business needsStrong Network and Security Endpoint device experience desiredCertifications in Comptia Security +, CISSP desiredDemonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor other staff membersAbility to communicate complex, technical information in a consumable manner to any organizational levelStrong ability to independently identify and resolve critical and complex issues through effective problem solving skillsStrong ability to maintain and strengthen relationships; ability to effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external partners.Proven skills in conflict management, decision making and negotiation preferredStrong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to work within deadlines, prioritize work, and multi-taskProven ability in dealing with ambiguity
