Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of 20+ employeesDrive sales performance and execute business goalsSupport hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routinesManage freight flow, inventory, merchandising, and replenishmentEnsure store safety, security, and operational complianceDeliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfactionPartner with the Store Manager to drive results and continuously improve store performanceThis full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. As this is a managerial position it is not uncommon to work 50+ hours a week. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
Previous retail management or leadership experience requiredExperience leading and developing large teamsStrong communication, coaching, and decision-making skillsProven accountability for team performance and resultsAbility to multitask and lead in a fast-paced retail environmentExperience with merchandising, inventory management, and sales leadership preferredFarm & ranch, outdoor recreation, hardware, or animal health knowledge is a plusForklift certification or ability to obtain required certifications preferred BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Starting salary: $50,000+ annually
