About this role
As a Business Process Reengineer (Lead) Consultant, you will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes to ensure readiness for AI implementation. You will translate business requirements into future-ready, AI-first workflows, driving efficiency, operational excellence, and measurable value from AI-enabled initiatives.
What will you do?
Business Process Reengineering & Design
Lead or support end-to-end business process reviews and reengineering for AI project deployments, including discovery, analysis, mapping, redesign, and implementationDesign future-state AI-first workflows aligned with best practices, regulatory standards, and AI capabilitiesDevelop detailed process documentation, use cases, and transformation roadmapsStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, data scientists, and technical teams to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and AI-driven improvementsFacilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions to document as-is and to-be processesAI Enablement & Delivery Support
Translate to-be AI-first workflows into AI project requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibilityOversee process transformation pilots, measure impact, and refine recommendations based on real-world feedbackGovernance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with operational, security, and data governance standards throughout the BPR lifecycleSupport project managers with risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and transformation status trackingCommunication & Change Enablement
Prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and executive reports on BPR findings and recommendationsDevelop change management plans to support adoption of redesigned processes
The ideal candidate should possess:
Minimum 3 years’ experience (preferably 5+) in process reengineering, business analysis, management consulting, or similar rolesProven experience leading or supporting BPR initiatives, preferably in technology, digital transformation, or AI-enabled projectsGood understanding of AI concepts, data analytics, and digital technologiesFamiliarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Bizagi, ARIS) and workflow automation solutionsExperience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviewsStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsExperience working in consulting, large enterprise, telco, government, healthcare, or regulated environmentsKnowledge of change management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworksHigh emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder relationship skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teamsEnthusiasm for future technologies and innovationKnowledge of edge AI deployment strategiesFamiliarity with DevOps practices in AI projects and agile environmentsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
