About this role
As a Tech Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, supporting enterprise AI initiatives and transformations. You will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI systems.
What will you do?
AI Architecture & Solution Delivery
Lead AI solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation across projectsDevelop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud-based AI servicesIntegrate video analytics and video processing capabilities into AI solutionsEnsure AI systems meet scalability, performance, reliability, and security standardsCloud & Platform Engineering
Design and implement AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms as requiredSupport edge AI deployment strategies where applicableApply DevOps practices to streamline AI development, deployment, and monitoringStakeholder & Delivery Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunitiesParticipate in requirements gathering and review functional specifications with Business AnalystsWork with the team lead to ensure designs and code align with architecture principles and standardsQuality & Governance
Participate in peer reviews to improve solution quality and maintain best practicesEnsure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and project guidelinesLeadership & Continuous Improvement
Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientistsStay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trendsContribute to strategic thinking and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate should possess:
Experience & Skills
More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementationStrong proficiency in Python programmingHands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud servicesExperience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchFamiliarity with video analytics and AI-based video processingKnowledge of DevOps practices within AI or data projectsExperience working in agile delivery environmentsStrong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skillsExcellent analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinkingCertifications (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer AssociateCertified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
