Oversee the ordering, receipt, issuance, and return of hardware spare parts in support of EUC (End-User Computing) operationsVerify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing hardware componentsMaintain accurate records in the spare parts or project tracking systemEnsure data integrity and timely updatesHandle all admin paperwork related to parts delivery and returnsSupport in handling quotations Ensure proper filing and compliance with audit standardsSupport basic technical assessment and handling of EUC hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, and related components)Assist in hardware troubleshooting and repair activities, including part replacements where requiredCoordinate with project teams on scheduling, follow-ups, and parts availability to support repair timelinesAssist in reporting, tracking of hardware spare parts usage, and inventory movementLiaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow Diploma or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive and organized approach to managing assets and documentatioAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and adherence to corporate communication standardsMeticulous and organized with a high level of attention to detail.Strong record-keeping and data accuracy skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Previous experience in asset or store management is advantageous.
