About this role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to effectively manage product streams and use cases in parallel, while also supporting live production systems, including change requests, patches, and incident management.
What will you do:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, strategy, and roadmapTranslate business needs into clear product requirements across multiple use casesManage and prioritize multiple product tracks simultaneouslyAgile Delivery & Multi-Stream Management
Lead Agile product development with at least 4+ years of hands-on experienceOversee multiple concurrent development streams with different use casesManage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across all tracksDrive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritizationEnsure high-quality and timely delivery across all streamsProduction, Change Requests & Incident Management
Manage change requests (CRs) for live production systems in collaboration with clientsLiaise with clients to scope, prioritize, and deliver enhancements and fixesOversee software patch releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operationsLead and coordinate incident management, including triaging, resolution, and post-incident follow-upsEnsure proper tracking, documentation, and closure of production issuesContinuously improve processes to enhance system stability and reliabilityStakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholdersManage expectations across development and production workstreamsDrive discussions confidently, including with senior and C-level stakeholdersEnsure continuous alignment on requirements, priorities, and timelinesReporting & Communication
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly updates to senior stakeholdersProvide consolidated updates across development, CRs, and production supportClearly communicate risks, trade-offs, and dependenciesPlanning, Coordination & Execution
Develop integrated project plans covering development and production activitiesTrack issues, risks, and interdependencies across all workstreamsEnsure stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and deliverablesDemonstrate strong multitasking ability with high attention to detailOperations & Governance
Manage project financials, budgeting, and cost trackingOversee resource allocation across development and support activitiesHandle client escalations across both delivery and production issuesManage client PO, invoicing processes, and contractual obligationsEnsure adherence to tender specificationsProactively identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle The ideal candidate should possess:
Degree in Information Systems or equivalentMinimum 4+ years of experience in product management cycleProven experience managing multiple concurrent streams or complex programsExperience handling production systems, change requests, and incident managementStrong multitasking and prioritization skillsExperience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery timelinesPreferred Attributes
