About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability while leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network architectures that support organizational growth and scalabilityConfigure and optimize routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) across multiple network segmentsImplement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control policiesMonitor network performance using industry-standard tools and analyze data to identify optimization opportunitiesTroubleshoot complex network issues efficiently and document solutions for future referenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) with on-premises infrastructureMaintain comprehensive network documentation and configuration management systemsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior network engineers and support staffConduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and securityStay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices 7+ years of professional experience in network engineering or infrastructure management3+ years in a senior-level network engineering roleAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and network protocolsHands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent vendors)Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools and technologiesStrong understanding of network security principles, firewall management, and VPN technologiesExperience designing and implementing VoIP and unified communications solutionsDemonstrated ability to work with cloud networking platforms and hybrid network environmentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailOrganized approach to project management and technical documentationPreferred: Experience with network automation and scripting languages (Python, Ansible)Preferred: Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and implementationsPreferred: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)Preferred: Leadership experience and proven ability to mentor technical teamsStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
