About this role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Network Engineer with CCNA certification to join our growing IT infrastructure team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently.
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure using Cisco networking equipment and technologiesConfigure and manage routing and switching protocols to ensure seamless network connectivity and performancePerform comprehensive network troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve connectivity issues promptlyMonitor network performance and analyze traffic patterns to optimize network efficiency and capacity planningImplement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access control lists, and VPN configurationsDocument network configurations, changes, and procedures in a clear and organized manner for future referenceCollaborate with IT teams to support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvementsConduct regular network assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancementsRespond to network incidents and provide technical support to resolve issues within established timeframesStay current with industry best practices and emerging networking technologies **Required Qualifications:**
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificationMinimum 3 years of professional experience in network engineering or network administrationStrong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network architectureHands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching equipmentProficiency in LAN/WAN configuration and managementSolid understanding of network security fundamentals and best practicesDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot network issues systematically and efficientlyStrong organizational and documentation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities**Preferred Qualifications:**
