As part of the Legal team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Support the migration of legacy legal documents into structured digital formats, ensuring compliance and data integrityPerform due diligence in legal administration for sales contractual closureResponsible for organizing, managing, and securing physical and digital records, retrieving requested documents for authorized personnel to ensure smooth daily business operationsProvide administrative support to the legal team as required Pursuing studies in Technology/Law related studiesComfortable in using Microsoft Office Suite [Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word]Positive attitudeWell-organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong willingness to learn about digital tools, document management, and internal processesBonus Skills / Interests
