Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targetsDevelop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, resourcing plans, and delivery roadmapsTrack project progress, financials, and utilisation; report status, variances, and forecasts to stakeholders and managementManage project scope and change control, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and documented before implementationCoordinate across workstreams, vendors, and third parties to ensure integrated, on-time deliveryStakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, building trusted, collaborative working relationshipsFacilitate steering committees, working group meetings, and status updates, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and decisionsManage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflicting priorities with sound judgement and professionalismPrepare and deliver clear, accurate project documentation, minutes, status reports, and presentations for internal and client audiencesPlanning, Risk & Governance
Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues; drive timely mitigation and resolution with clear ownershipMaintain project governance artefacts, including risk logs, action trackers, decision logs, and RAID registersEnsure projects adhere to organisational project management standards, methodologies, and quality gatesSupport contract, commercial, and compliance matters relevant to project delivery, escalating where requiredTeam Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, business analysts, designers, and QA/test leadsAllocate work, manage team capacity, and remove blockers to keep delivery on trackFoster a collaborative, accountable team culture and support the professional development of team membersPartner with business analysts, technical leads, and architects to translate requirements into deliverable, well-sequenced workAI-Enabled Project Management
Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate status reporting, meeting minutes, documentation, and data analysisApply AI-assisted planning and scheduling tools to improve estimation accuracy, resource forecasting, and risk identificationCritically review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriateness before sharing with clients or stakeholdersChampion practical, responsible adoption of AI tools within the project team to improve productivity without compromising quality or data securityContinuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews; capture and apply lessons learnedContribute to the continuous improvement of PM tools, templates, and delivery playbooks, including AI-enabled ways of workingMentor junior project coordinators/managers on delivery practices and effective, responsible use of AI tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience managing technology or digital transformation projects, preferably with SI companyProject management certification (e.g., PMP, or equivalent) preferredStrong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience managing project budgets, resourcing, vendors, and commercial/contractual mattersProven stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior client and management stakeholdersDemonstrated day-to-day use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to support project management tasks such as reporting, documentation, and planningProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound judgement in balancing scope, time, cost, and quality trade-offsSelf-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelinesPrior experience delivering at least one project with AI, GenAI, or machine learning components is a plusFamiliarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and confidentiality considerations when using AI tools on client engagements is a plus
