About this role
Your will part a team of highly motivated individuals in the development and maintenance of systems for our client. You should have proven track records in building software and systems to manage infrastructure and applications through automation. In addition, you should have superior Enterprise Windows Exchange and Active Directory Technical Operation skills in large multi sites data centres operations.

What will you do?
Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments in both on-premises and hybrid configurationsMonitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal email service deliveryTroubleshoot complex Exchange Server issues and implement effective solutions in a timely mannerManage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and resource management within Active DirectoryDevelop and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery procedures for email systemsImplement and enforce security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection measuresPerform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades while minimizing downtimeAutomate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation toolsCollaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange Server with other enterprise systems and cloud servicesDocument system configurations, procedures, and best practices for knowledge managementProvide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-usersAnalyze and optimize email system costs and resource utilization The ideal candidate should possess:
5+ years of professional experience administering and managing Microsoft Exchange Server environmentsExtensive knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, components, and functionalityProficiency in Active Directory management and user provisioningStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with analytical mindsetExperience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for email systemsSolid understanding of email security, compliance, and data protection principlesProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administrationExcellent organizational and documentation skillsStrong communication abilities and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams**Preferred Qualifications:**
