We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Infrastructure Engineer, Systems to join our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure systems that support our organization's operations. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and security while demonstrating a systematic and organized approach to infrastructure management.
What will you do?
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure systems across on-premises and cloud environmentsManage and optimize virtualization platforms, ensuring efficient resource allocation and system performanceImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and configurationDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment processesMonitor system performance and health using monitoring and logging tools; analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunitiesTroubleshoot infrastructure issues systematically and implement effective solutions to minimize downtimeAdminister Linux and Windows servers, ensuring security patches, updates, and compliance with organizational standardsManage containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestrationCollaborate with development and operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets application requirementsDocument infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures in a clear and organized mannerParticipate in incident response activities and contribute to disaster recovery planning and testingStay current with infrastructure technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement The ideal candidate should possess:
3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineeringProficiency in Linux and Windows server administrationStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing)Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM)Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent organizational and documentation skills**Preferred Qualifications:**
