About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with team leadership capabilities to join our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will lead a team of network engineers while driving the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will combine technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure network reliability, security, and performance across our organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellenceDesign and implement scalable network architectures that support organizational growth and business objectivesOversee network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives to enhance performance and reliabilityManage network security protocols, compliance requirements, and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical assetsMonitor network performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement proactive solutions to prevent outages and degradationTroubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate incident response efforts to minimize downtimeCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, security, and application teams to align network solutions with business needsManage vendor relationships, evaluate network technologies, and oversee budget allocation for network projectsDevelop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, standards, and best practicesConduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support career development 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering and infrastructure management3+ years of demonstrated team leadership and people management experienceAdvanced knowledge of network architecture, routing protocols, switching technologies, and TCP/IP networkingProficiency with enterprise networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalentStrong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control implementationsExperience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)Solid understanding of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and modern network design principlesProven ability to analyze complex network problems and implement efficient solutionsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levelsExperience with network documentation tools and configuration management systemsPreferred Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certificationFamiliarity with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
