As a People & Organisational Development Intern, you will support initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce capability. This is a good opportunity for students who are interested in people, psychology, business transformation, and workplace culture. This internship offers broad exposure across Organisational Development projects and initiatives, with opportunities to take on varied responsibilities as business needs evolve.
1. Organisational Development and Transformation
Support Organisational Development initiatives that strengthen individual, team, and organisational effectivenessAssist in the planning and execution of OD strategies and programmes aligned with business goalsContribute to projects that improve workforce capability, engagement, and performance2. Workshops and Learning Programmes
Support the planning and coordination of workshops, training programmes, and team development activitiesHelp prepare materials, track participation, and support post-session follow-upsAssist with initiatives that enhance learning, collaboration, and team effectiveness3. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Support
Work with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation to understand needs and gather insightsSupport change management initiatives through coordination, communication, and engagement activitiesAssist in identifying improvement opportunities and translating them into practical actions4. Culture, Research and Insights
Support culture and engagement initiatives that build an inclusive and high-performing workplaceConduct research and analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvementHelp prepare presentations, summaries, and reports to support recommendations and project updates5. Intern Engagement and Events
Participate in the interns engagement committee and contribute ideas to enhance the intern experienceSupport the planning and coordination of intern engagement activities and eventsWork with fellow interns and stakeholders to organise meaningful and enjoyable intern initiatives Undergraduate majoring in Business or Marketing.Strong interest in organisation development, culture, and people strategy.Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and projects.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels.Ability to learn and adapt quickly.A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to driving positive change.A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
