We're looking for a proactive Material Controller to take ownership of inventory accuracy and material availability, ensuring our production and operational teams have exactly what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage and control the flow of incoming and outgoing materialsMaintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systemsConduct regular stock counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepanciesWork closely with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operationsImplement and improve inventory control processes to minimise waste and prevent stock shortagesMonitor material consumption and provide reports and insights to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standardsSupport forecasting activities and inventory optimisation initiativesMaintain accurate documentation for material receipts, transfers, and stock issuesWhat We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience within Material Control, Inventory Management, Stores, Logistics, or Warehouse OperationsStrong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platformsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teamsContinuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to workWhy Join Us?
