Chef - Great working hours
We're looking for an experienced Chef who's passionate about food, customers and supervising teams to join us here at Claremont Landscape Garden.We offer a great work/life balance with daytime-only hours in a great working environment. We have gained an award the Soil Association’s Food for Life bronze award for our excellence.
You will be preparing tasty treats using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
What you'll be doing as a Chef
You’ll be supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with running the kitchen. You will guide and support one Chef and one kitchen apprentice, in this role. Using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll be preparing tasty soups, broths and salads, as well as baking. As an experienced Chef, you’ll be passionate about food and be driven to exceed customer’s expectations by delighting them with the delicious food you create, prepare and serve.
