We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in owning and delivering enterprise-grade products. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage complex backlogs, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end backlog managementEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirementsConvert business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteriaLead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesAct as a single point of contact for business and delivery teamsMake priority and scope decisions to maximize business valueSupport UAT execution and obtain business sign-offEnsure alignment with business objectives, compliance, and regulatory requirementsTrack and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependenciesMandatory Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Product OwnerStrong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworksHands-on experience in backlog management, prioritization, and refinementExcellent skills in user story writing and defining acceptance criteriaStrong experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar toolsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong business analysis and requirement elicitation experienceGood understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale deliveryExperience working with distributed and offshore teamsGood to Have:
Domain experience in Banking / Financial ServicesExperience working in large transformation programsSAFe or CSPO certification
