REQUIREMENTS:
Experience - 5+ yearsStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing and quality assurance processesHands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) is mandatoryStrong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, and data hygiene best practicesExperience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using ATFGood understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and core functionalitiesExperience with Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management modulesKnowledge of Compliance, Auditing, Access Management, and Security Controls within ServiceNowHands-on experience testing integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Integration HubExperience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, clone activities, and post-upgrade validation testingStrong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologiesAbility to independently drive QE initiatives and establish testing best practicesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCSA certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantageRESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATFValidate ServiceNow platform functionality across releases, enhancements, and configurationsPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activitiesEnsure CMDB data quality and support data hygiene initiatives across the platformValidate Asset Management, Compliance, Auditing, and Security Control processesPerform testing and validation of integrations with third-party systems and applicationsSupport ServiceNow upgrade and clone activities, including impact assessment and testingIdentify, document, track, and manage defects through resolutionDevelop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentationCollaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverablesProvide testing sign-off and quality assurance recommendations for production deploymentsAnalyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve platform quality and stabilityDrive continuous improvement initiatives for ServiceNow QE processes and test automationEnsure adherence to organizational quality standards, governance, and best practices Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
