REQUIREMENTS:
Experience - 5.5+ yearsStrong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOMHands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutionsStrong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script IncludesExperience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped ApplicationsHands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilitiesExperience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platformsStrong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practicesExperience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrationsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps will be an added advantageRESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following ServiceNow best practicesConfigure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructureImplement Event Management solutions, including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reductionDevelop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring toolsBuild and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration HubCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ITOM solutionsConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needsPerform integration testing and ensure high-quality solution deliveryTroubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issuesSupport platform upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practicesParticipate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
