Experience: 11 to 13+ years of experience in managing banking system projects
The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale banking technology projects and working closely with the client and project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking system implementations/upgrades, proven experience managing large project teams, and excellent communication skills in both: Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate banking system upgrade/implementation projects.Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50–60 members.Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams.Track project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate project governance and status meetings.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.Ensure effective communication between the client and project teams.Support risk and issue management and drive timely resolution.Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.Ensure alignment between project objectives, client expectations, and delivery teams.Mandatory Skills
