About this role
Support the day-to-day management and development of a team responsible for fund accounting, NAV reporting, and financial reporting deliverables.Review and oversee client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.Support team planning, training, and workload management to ensure efficient service delivery.Lead audit and financial reporting activities, working closely with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.Maintain strong controls, compliance, and high standards of client service.Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational and technology initiatives.Oversee fee billing and collections for assigned clients.Support the team with ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent) would be considered an asset.Good knowledge of financial reporting.4+ years of experience in fund administration, investment management, auditing, or a similar financial services environment.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Advanced Excel skills; A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering excellent client service.
