MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Automotive Coach & Consultant to join our team.
The role is focused on monitoring, supporting, and coaching the use of a new tool, providing both operational and advisory support to the Sales area and related departments. The position requires a solid understanding of Customer Journey principles and Sales and Service Processes, with the objective of improving Customer Experience (CE) performance across the network.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses related to Customer Experience (CE) metricsDraft and manage official communications to the sales and service networkCreate and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE-related topicsSupport the CE department in the analysis and design of incentive schemesDesign, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars) on CE topicsProvide hands-on support to the Sales and Service network for the implementation of new projects and toolsDevelop and deliver training modules for internal field staff and the Sales & Service network on CE topicsDeliver classroom-based behavioral training on soft skillsConduct potential analysis and gap analysis Advanced knowledge of the automotive industryStrong analytical skills to evaluate qualitative sales and service KPIs and translate insights into action plans for continuous improvementProven experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) used in the automotive sectorExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visual Analytics tools, and database queryingAbility to analyze complex datasets and define effective solutionsSoft Skills
Ability to work independently, in groups, and within cross-functional teamsStrong mindset for sharing insights, reports, and resultsExcellent presentation and public speaking skillsStrong listening skills and ability to provide structured, constructive feedbackQualifications
University degreeGood command of the English and Italian languageProfessional Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting rolesAdditional Requirements
