What you will do
Handle technical cases from German-speaking dealer workshops through a ticketing systemAnalyse fault codes, symptoms, live data and repair information to find the root causeGuide technicians to the right repair, in clear written GermanDocument every case accurately and escalate complex cases to our Level 2 team with all the information they needSpot recurring issues and share them with the engineering teamBuild your expertise on electric and high-voltage vehicles through manufacturer training What you bring
Hands-on experience in a dealer or independent workshop, with a focus on diagnosticsA technical qualification (e.g. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Techniker, Kfz-Meister, automotive technician) or an engineering degreeConfident use of diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and repair information systemsFluent German and good professional EnglishAn analytical, independent way of working, and the patience to handle a high volume of casesThe right to work in the EUNice to have
High-voltage / EV qualification (e.g. DGUV 209-093 level 2S/3S or equivalent)Experience with a technical hotline, warranty or ticketing tools What we offer
HUF 800,000–850,000 gross per monthHybrid work from Budapest, with flexible home office (living elsewhere in Hungary?
