Automotive exposure is mandatoryManpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement (skill contests etc.)Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field (age<35y ears)Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto dealership; Mechatronic s certification added advantage.Good hands-on & Technical/repair skills as per job role defined.Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & HO SPOCSkills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skillsShould have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs, Knowledge of F1/CS studies etc.Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Regional (read/write &speak) This is a 6-month contractual position. Depending on your performance, it may be extended or converted into a permanent role.
