About this role
Repairs, paintwork, fire protection, occupational safety – as a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will therefore be responsible for:
Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation workMonitoring the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities in the hotelEnsuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintainedCommunicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance workGaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry? Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades/building maintenance or be looking for a change of career Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technologyBe flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situationsBe a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
