We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsConduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial dataAssist in budget preparation and forecasting processesCollaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide insightsEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and other relevant regulationsParticipate in month-end and year-end close processesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyAssist in preparing materials for internal and external auditsProvide support for special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
