Mitsubishi Lakeside is a brand-new retail experience! The next generation store immerses shoppers in the Mitsubishi brand, showcasing our model range in a feature-rich environment, designed to flawlessly express the Mitsubishi ethos. Located at the renowned Lakeside Shopping Centre, the store offers interactive and engaging new ways for visitors to browse, configure, test drive and buy a Mitsubishi.
We're looking for a Store Expert to act as an ambassador for the Mitsubishi brand, who will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. As a Store Expert you will be assisting with customer enquiries, test drives and will enjoy maintaining a high standard of the brand. You will love to learn as attaining product knowledge for our vehicles is a must to ensure a first class experience is given.
Key responsibilities include;
Welcoming visitors to the store and being available to answer any queriesSupporting customers through all stages of the buying process, assisting them with product choice, part exchange, finance and delivery optionsConducting vehicle handovers both on site and at the customer’s home or workplace in line with standardsWorking closely with the Head Office team to ensure delivery of a consistent customer processMaintaining an excellent standard of product, brand and after sales knowledge at all timesMaintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Mitsubishi Store, Experience Centre and any vehicles on site at all timesAddressing any in-store customer complaints and escalating as requiredKey Holder assistance with supporting the store leadership team;
Managing opening and closing shifts when the store leadership team is not presentKey holders have extra responsibility in leading the team with operational procedures in the absence of the leadership teamQualifications, Experience & Knowledge;
Previous retail or customer service experienceGCSE Maths and English – minimum C or aboveStrong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levelsProficient in the use of everyday softwareAccurate written communication skillsAccurate data entry/information recording skillsAble to remain calm under pressureExcellent communication skillsAble to deliver excellent serviceFlexible approach to working hoursProactive and self-motivatedA keen interest and passion for cars and customer service is ideal. Full training will be provided.
There will be a variety of shifts to cover store operating times. Please enquire at the store for further information and to meet the team.
Salary £19,000 per annum with an additional £500 per annum for Key Holder duties
