Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customers/client in right quantity and specificationBeing thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, lead a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with smooth customer serviceSmooth alignment and relationship with Operations, Store management, HO, Buyers, Field Sales and Delivery team if neededTo verify daily fuel costing and transactions and to further ensure the proper documentations pertaining to itTo update the KPIs on daily basisTo handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issuesTo acquire customer feedback on periodical basis.To coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing, third party vehicle expenses etc.Perform competitors’ promotions check to give on-going feedback on main competitors (retailers, wholesalers, etc.) per customer segment (HoReCa, Trader, Services, Companies & Offices) to Buying Department.Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team, thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude. Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience
