Your Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projectsAlign projects with business strategy, ensuring high impact and value delivery.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelinesFacilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activitiesMonitor and control project progress, manage risks and issues, and adjust plans as neededEnsure clear documentation of project milestones, decisions, risks, and changesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely deliveryProvide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholdersSupport the implementation and adherence to standardized project management practicesPromote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team Qualifications
Overall, 8+ years of experience in Project Management.5+ years of experience in the technology industry.Proven experience in delivering technical projects such as technology upgrades, decommissioning of IT solutions, Activation of large-scale tech projects, delivery of standard techs stack such as Oracle, SAP, ERP, etc..Proven experience as project manager, delivering projects without being in a leadership for the project team.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related fieldProject Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken)You will be working in AI and Automation Platform.Experience in delivery AI and Automation projectsExperiences with AI, using (Copilot, Chat GPT , Rovo)Experiences in managing Gen-AI project is a plusExpert in EU law for AI is a plus
