About this role
Your main areas of responsibility in this position will include:
Provide functional support for issue raised by SAP S/4HANA FICO usersAnalyze incidents, service requests, and system issues reported by end usersResolve standard functional issues independently whenever possibleEscalate unresolved issues to higher support levels with complete analysis and documentationPerform root cause analysis involving SAP configuration, business processes, and integrationsDefine business requirements for developments and enhancements (Post Design Change)Communicate with business users, local finance teams, technical teams, project teams, and owners of integrated systems during issue analysisPerform simple SAP customizing/configuration changes within approved scopeSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, configuration changes, and custom developmentsPrepare user documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles for new features and solutionsDeliver user training and knowledge transfer related to new functionalities or system changesMonitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvementsParticipate in SAP projects as a functional representativeEnsure compliance with internal processes and change management procedures. Our requirements:
2–4 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC in Finance (FICO)Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA FICO and finance & accounting business processesAbility to analyze functional issues and identify root causesBasic knowledge of SAP configuration/customizingUnderstanding of SAP integrations with other business systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetFluency in English (B2 / C1).
