About this role
This role will entail overall responsibility regarding trading regulatory items (incl. EMIR, REMIT, MIFID, FINFRAG) associated to the trading activity of the organization. The role is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated senior trading regulatory advisor to work in a dynamic and ambitious organization.
Provide trading regulatory advice to entities of the group and take a proactive role in identifying potential trading compliance weaknesses and initiating measures to rectify theseEstablishing regulatory policies and guidelines as well as providing proactive initiative in supporting all stakeholders regarding regulatory topicsEnsuring trading regulatory reporting complianceInvestigate and resolve trading regulatory mattersSupporting the review of trading regulatory processes and procedures Strong educational recordsOver 5 years’ experience of working in a trading compliance department in a commodity/trading company/financial institutionExperience with various EU commodity exchanges and commodity derivative tradingStrong knowledge of the regulations EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II/R, MAD/MAR. Knowledge of Dodd-Frank, FATCA and FINFRAG is a plus. Knowledge of the capital markets is a plusSignificant experience working in business trading compliance with the front office in an energy company and/or an investment banking environmentExcellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
