About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assembler for the 12-hr. shift at our manufacturing facility in Flowery Branch, United States. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to specifications.
Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders to assemble parts and products accuratelyOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks as neededPerform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safetyCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReport any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisorsAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environmentParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes High school diploma or equivalentStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints accuratelyBasic math skills for measuring and counting componentsFamiliarity with quality control proceduresPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and time management abilitiesStrong teamwork and communication skillsPrevious experience in assembly or manufacturing preferredWillingness and ability to work shifts (12-hour shifts) Benefits we offer:
