About this role
We're looking for enthusiastic Occupational Therapy graduates to join our Sydney team in our North Ryde or CBD office, commencing February 2027.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll work alongside a team of allied health experts to support clients recovering from injury and illness. Using your OT skills, you'll help people regain independence, return to meaningful activities and achieve their health, life and work goals.
You'll gain experience across:
Functional and workplace assessmentsErgonomics and manual handlingReturn to work planningEquipment prescription and functional rehabilitationCase management and stakeholder engagementClinical reporting and goal-focused interventionsNo two days are the same, making occupational rehabilitation one of the most diverse and rewarding pathways for new graduates.
