About this role
We are looking for a Audit Innovation & Product Specialist to participate to the functional design and product ownership of future evolutions of our financial audit software solution. The role required a combination of audit expertise, sound knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), functional design capabilities.
The candidate will take ownership of designated product evolutions, managing them end to end from business needs definition and functional specifications through delivery and production rollout.
The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product enhancements meet regulatory, operational and user requirements while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Own the functional design of assigned product evolutions and act as Product Owner for these scopesLead the translation of business, audit, and regulatory requirements into clear, structured functional solutionsFacilitate and lead functional workshops with Business, Audit Methodology, Compliance and Quality stakeholders at Group and local levelDefine, well document and maintain functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed design documentsManage Change Request within the assigned scope, assessing functional impacts, dependencies, user experiences and business valuePrioritise functional scopes in alignment with program roadmap, business value and regulatory prioritiesEnsure functional consistency, usability, user efficiency and audit compliance of the solutionWork closely with development teams during build phases to conduct workshops, clarify requirements, handle functional questions and support implementation decisionsCollaborate with QA teams on functional testing strategy and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Validate delivered functionality against functional expectations and formally approve readiness for productionSupport deployment, change management, and user adoption within audit teamsAct as a functional reference and subject‑matter expert for the solution within the programProduct Ownership Scope
Ownership of functional backlog for assigned product evolutionsDefinition of business value, functional priorities, and success criteriaContinuous interaction with Business stakeholders to refine needs and manage changesContribution to overall product vision and long‑term roadmapWorking Environment

Senior‑level experience as a Functional Designer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roleStrong background in financial audit, audit methodology, or audit softwareExperience in large international organizations, ideally within Big4 firms (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG)Proven ability to formalize complex business processes into functional specificationsExperience working end‑to‑end with software development and testing teamsStrong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in an international contextPreferred Qualifications
Qualified auditor (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of professional audit standardsExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and software developmentsExposure to global audit quality and regulatory environmentsKey Success Indicators (KPIs)
