Oversee the inventory control team and daily operations.Ensure timely material availability for production.Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.Drive process improvements while maintaining safety and operational standards. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain is an advantage.
