About this role
Lead 10-15 associates in daily communication meetings, issuing each team member their daily workload. Train, motivate, and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals while taking direction from the shift supervisor. Take on accountability for all department operations, actions, and results.

Give direction on put-away orders, including special ordersTrain new employeesProcess end-of-day paperworkTroubleshoot inaccurate put-away discrepancies and missing productAudit orders for accuracyOther duties as assigned Ability to communicate in EnglishStrong written and verbal skillsAdept knowledge of RF Scanners/SystemsAbility to operate a Forklift (Order Picker, Sit-down or Walkie-Rider)Understand the essential throughput of a Logistics OperationProven leadership of 10 or more people in a warehouse settingShipping and Receiving experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent experience in warehousing MAT Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries are committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace and have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of illegal drugs and alcohol on the job.
