As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager (M/F), you manage varied projects (integration, scoping, TMA), from design to go-live.
Plan and oversee Salesforce projects end to endManage budget and resourcesLead the project team and resolve issuesEnsure reporting and communication with stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for clientsGuarantee deliverable complianceManage administrative tasks (timesheets, expense reports, remaining workload) You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.Mastery of project management methods: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.Ability to plan and track project milestones.5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.3 years of experience on Salesforce. Risk management and performance tracking.Good understanding of business challenges and the impact of Salesforce solutions.Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.Interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations and conflicts.Proactivity and initiative.Team spirit and collaborative leadership.Adaptability in changing environments.
