The Salesforce Technical Lead role combines architecture, performance, integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft), CI/CD and team leadership. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead (M/F), you hold a strategic, technical and managerial role.
Design robust and scalable Salesforce architectures with business teamsOptimise performance and ensure adherence to best practicesOversee integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)Define and implement deployment strategies (CI/CD)Lead data migration and recoveryMonitor the quality and timeliness of deliverablesMentor developers and foster skills developmentIdentify risks, propose optimisations and ensure overall technical coherence You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.Salesforce expertise: Apex, LWC, API integrations, deployments, data migration.Salesforce certifications: goal of 2 certifications per year.Mastery of SI architectures and integration tools.Strong leadership and ability to guide a team.Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and risks.Excellent listening and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and taste for best practices.
