Lead & Develop Your Team – Mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators
Deliver Outstanding Programs – Plan and deliver engaging, child-led, and age appropriate activities
Prioritise Safety & Wellbeing – Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
Build Strong Community Connections – Develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team.
Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly. Skills and Experience
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) - Completed or In ProgressExperience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settingsCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationsStrong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approachAustralian work rights About MACSEYE
