MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Regional Manager, Sales based in New York City and reporting to the National Director of Sales. This person is responsible for the growth of the MAKE UP FOR EVER wholesale business with a focus on building brand love and awareness.
SALES/EDUCATION:
Drive Sephora Sales within territoryAnalyze Region’s business and build strategic action plan to impact salesDevelop strong relationships with Sephora leadershipResponsibly track regional T&E, Freelance and operational expensesReview reports with SEEs to build business acumenDetermine and plan store visit intent and executionRecruit and onboard top talent for regional TribeBe voice of the region and act as a liaison between National Director of Sales & field teamIdentify and communicate operational challenges in the fieldEnsure visual and operational standards are met in the fieldEnsure brand image and DNA is upheld by TribeExecute Brand Focus Day trainingsNegotiate and execute in store EventsCOACHING AND DEVLOPMENT
Lead, coach, support & develop regional TribeInspect Training Strategy is executed as directedObserve and coach SEE in store, providing in the moment coaching with documentationObserve and coach SEE facilitation of BBR as neededConduct touch bases, conference calls and performance reviewsUphold Make Up For Ever image & makeup guidelinesPartner with RMEA to determine SEE development opportunities and educational efficiencies College degree preferredMust have five or more years’ experience in field sales with leadership, management and training experienceMust have strong Make Up Artistry and education skillsMust have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.Must have Outlook, Word, Excel computer skillsMust be able to travel up to 75% of time, drive, and maintain valid driver’s license, with proof of insurance.Must be physically able to carry boxes of a reasonable weight and work in a fragrance filled, cosmetic environment. (stand for several hours in store)Must exhibit a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.Must be willing to work flexible schedule to adjust to business needs What We Offer:

The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
