As a French Speaking Quoting Specialist, you'll help customers access the products they need to perform essential testing, research and quality assurance activities. Every quotation you create, every challenge you solve and every relationship you develop helps us deliver our purpose: Science for a Safer World.
This role is perfect for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a passion for customer experience. You'll take ownership of customer enquiries, provide expert quotation support and become a trusted partner for customers throughout their journey.
What you'll be doing
Preparing quotations for customers accurately and efficientlyManaging customer requests and acting as a key point of contactWorking proactively to support customers and identify solutionsFollowing up on quotations and supporting sales conversion opportunitiesCollaborating closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Service colleaguesDelivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple communication channelsSupporting the adoption of digital tools and self-service platformsManaging regulated product enquiries in line with established compliance processesContributing ideas that enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency What we're looking for
Fluent French and strong English language skills are a mustExperience in customer service, quotations, sales support, inside sales or a similar customer-facing roleA proactive mindset and genuine desire to help customers succeedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilitiesExperience using CRM systems and business systems such as Salesforce, IFS or similarConfidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative team player who enjoys working across functionsNice to have
