About this role
Reporting to the West Africa Baking Center Manager, you will help strengthen Lesaffre's reputation as a key player in Baking solutions, yeasts and ingredients. You will drive sales growth through product development and technical support for our industrial customers and distributors.
Your missions :
Assisting the sales teams and the customers users or prospects (mainly industrial, craft and In-Store assisting the sales teams in the promotion of Lesaffre products towards the customers (Industrial, instore, craft)Converting the needs and expectations of customers into projectProviding theoretical and practical training to the clients & Sales TeamOrganizing and holding demonstrations during seminarsDebriefing on the visits and testsUploading the visit & tests reports on the CRMCompleting required dashboards for the follow-up of projects and filesCommunicating technical data and information from field to relevant interlocutors (Baking Center Manager, Business manager)Presenting the results to the clients and colleagues Baking professional certificate.10 years of experience minimum in the field of craft and industrial bread making or in a field equivalent to the missions proposed either in technical assistance or in training.
