About this role
Were looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Onboarding Calculations team on a six-month FTC. You'll be responsible for coordinating and allocating work across the team, managing priorities and helping ensure service levels are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in a leadership-focused position, developing skills in coaching, workload management and operational delivery while working closely with experienced Team Managers
What you'll be doing:
Allocating and prioritising work across the Onboarding Calculations teamBalancing team workloads to ensure service levels and customer deadlines are achievedMonitoring workflow queues and responding quickly to changing prioritiesSupporting consultants with day-to-day queries and helping remove barriers to deliveryProvide data to TMs so that they have relevant information available for holding regular one-to-ones and coaching conversations to support performance and developmentWorking closely with Team Managers to ensure work is distributed effectively across the wider operationTracking team performance, quality and productivity against agreed targetsProvide data and analysis around daily/weekly/monthly MIWho we're looking for:
