About this role
We are looking for a Software Business Analyst that will work with internal and external clients to ensure maximum return on investment is achieved with Leadfusion’s SaaS solutions. This role will partner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Client Services and Professional Services to add value to existing client relationships and continuously improve product offerings. The successful candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills in addition to solid experience with B2B/B2C software solutions, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
Key job duties include:
Conduct Business Reviews with existing clients to ensure continual value.Analyze, transform and ultimately resolve business problems with the help of technologyManage Leadfusion’s business intelligence (BI) reporting program Perform exit interviews with departing customers to glean insight for organizational improvementConduct usability testing and recommend corrective and preventive actionsAssist the Senior Product Manager with special projects as assigned Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceOccasional domestic travel is requiredAt least 3 years’ experience as a business analyst supporting B2B/B2C software solutionsAbility to work in an entrepreneurial environment – self-starter, wearing a few hats, high tolerance for ambiguity, less structuredDomain experience in Financial Services – especially with banks, credit unions, and insurance companies – a plusPossesses digital and social media skill set as applied to businessExperience with web analytics technologiesInteract with clients/co-workers in a professional and ethical mannerMaintain a high level of knowledge regarding Leadfusion products & services as well as current and emerging market trends With our experience building web-based applications for financial customers we offer the stability of a larger organization and the agility of a start-up.
