Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Safely operate various delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all timesLoad, unload, and organize packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessaryDrive assigned routes confidently, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a positive attitudeConduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are metHandle lifting of packages up to 50lbs, and move items efficiently within the warehouse or delivery vehicleMaintain accurate delivery logs, route documentationPerform repeated vehicle entry/exit and sustained physical activity throughout each shiftWork comfortably in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, sleet, and snowMeet and maintain Amazon performance metricsDelivery Driver Schedule
Shifts are scheduled for 4 days per week (10-hour shifts). Ability to work weekends is required.
Delivery Driver Requirements
Authorized to work in the United StatesValid U.S. driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 yearsAt least 21 years of ageClean driving record (no tickets, suspensions, or accidents in the past 3 years)Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening and driving record checkReliable transportation to the Conshohocken area for scheduled shiftsAvailability for a required 2-day Amazon classroom training sessionEnglish proficiency requiredProven experience as a delivery driver or courier preferredSelf-motivated with excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits
