Work with cross-functional teams in defining the IT approach for meeting the requirements and coordinating the overall IT architecture response.Provide leadership in implementing standardization and automation in IT operationsReview specifications, algorithms, designs and codeContribute development efforts to key software components and support in remediation of risksServe/function as technical resource for departmental and company wide IT solutionsAdvise and assist the customer in the efforts to execute the architecture development and oversight in day to day functions
10+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 5+ years of experienceStrong background in architecture, systems integration and solution on proposals and programs Professionalism and ability to use diplomacy in working relationships to deal with conflict and to arbitrate solutions successfully.Strong technical background with ability to continually evaluates the needs of new and emerging efforts Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Working knowledge of IT service lifecycle and ITILWorking knowledge of best practices in IT security Solid knowledge of software engineering, application framework, OS kernel, Object-oriented methodology and software testing
