Planning and preparing interior designs and furnishing layoutsAssisting customers—both by appointment and on a walk-in basis—with their selections, utilizing suggestive selling techniquesCommunicating with other departments, external companies, partners, and industry professionals regarding projectsContinuously improving sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional brand imageSpecification managementCollaborating with other branch staff to ensure excellent customer service—from the initial project or concept through to delivery and beyond—and supporting other marketing activitiesActively participating in the organization of events and other promotional activities (including the Design Center grand opening event)Managing overall workflow organization and planningLeading and supervising staff at the Budapest Design CenterReporting Finished university / college studies, preferably in architecture or interior designMarketing experience is an advantage5-10 years experience in similar fieldFluent Hungarian AND English, another European language knowledge is an assetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProfessional attitude with a persuasive, kind and positive personalityProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD 3D, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUpDuring the training phase extensive travel required before the Design Center opening (3-4 months product training in Szombathely / Mohács, and in other European sites and Design Centers)Capability of working independently, high tolerance of stress levelHighly self-motivated personality with a can-do attitudeEfficiency at work; problem solving skills Competitive compensation package140.000 HUF / month presence bonus; 15.000 HUF / month on SZÉP card; 30 HUF / km fuel support in case of a residence outside of BudapestExciting and challenging work within a multinational environment;Opportunity to develop your professional skills with a multinational companyPossibility to keep in touch with colleagues and partners from different part of the world;Continued training, support and career development;A stable position in a dynamically growing organizationworking hours from 9:00-18:00 Monday-Saturday
