About this role
As part of a global AI initiative, we are establishing a dedicated enterprise AI team and platform to design, implement, and operate AI use cases across the organization.
The AI Platform is the enterprise environment that enables secure and governed use of AI services and AI-driven applications. It is an evolving ecosystem of services and components combining cloud-based AI services, orchestration layers, and internal AI applications.
In close collaboration with the AI Architect and AI Solution Engineers, the AI Platform Engineer evolves this ecosystem and plays a key role in implementing AI use cases and ensuring they can be reliably deployed and operated in production.
Responsibilities
Configure and evolve enterprise AI platforms and orchestration componentsImplement platform capabilities and contribute hands-on to AI use case implementationDevelop APIs, service components, and integration logic for AI-enabled solutionsEnsure stability, performance, and reliability of productive AI servicesResolve incidents and implement operational improvementsSupport CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized components where requiredProvide technical guidance to advanced business users working on the AI platform Requirements
3–5 years in cloud engineering, backend development, or DevOps/platform rolesExperience operating production-grade systemsExperience in enterprise IT environmentsStrong cloud knowledge (preferably Azure)Experience integrating AI/LLM APIsProgramming skills (e.g., Python or similar)Experience with API-based architecturesFamiliarity with containerized environments and Infrastructure as CodeExperience with AI platforms or orchestration tools (e.g., Dify) is a plusStrong ownership mindsetReliable and structured working styleAbility to combine development and operationsPragmatic problem-solving approach
